What if I only require payroll or tax service?
We only provide payroll and tax-related services to our bookkeeping clients. At this time, we do not offer payroll or tax services a-la-carte. Any special requests or inquiries should be submitted as feedback.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes! You can amend or cancel your services at any time (see service agreement). We are committed to your satisfaction.
Do I have to sign a service agreement?
Yes. Although we love a good challenge and will jump at any opportunity to offer our assistance, unfortunately, we only provide service after you submit a basic service agreement. You can review our service agreement after a request for service is made.
